A half day of fun filled nature-based activities.

Alex will show you how to make decorative leaf prints which you can turn into wall hangings or bookmarks.

You'll also have the opportunity to use branches of the elder tree to make beands which you can thread onto bracelets, necklaces or zip toggles. The more ambitious kid can make a duck call with their elder branch.

Finally, kids will have the chance to try using a fire steel to light cotton wool.

There will also be an observation challenge - can you spot the objects hiding in the trees?

We'll finish by toasting some marshmallows on the fire!

Ideal for kids aged 7-14.  Children must have an accompanying adult - supervising adults go free.
